Lauriel Runyan at age 36 was 50 pounds overweight, depressed, exhausted, and had no love for her life. She decided to take control. By exploring inner emotions she addressed issues to discover her Inner Thinner Peace. She changed her thoughts that led to food and stopped blaming others. She began trusting who she was created to be. The results were a healthy relationship with food, feeling great in her own skin, inner peace, and self-confidence. Her own journey towards great health motivated her to pursue her passion as a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a Professional Life and Wellness Coach with International Coaching Academy (ICA). She does her coaching via phone and Skype. Her website is: laurie@innerthinnerpeace.com. Now, at 46, she is healthy and lean, living the life of her dreams with her husband of 23 years and two teenage children.
