Many Interstitial Cystitis and Lyme patients suffer from similar symptoms. Are they connected in some way? A survey done on the ICA website asked how many people had either IC/Lyme/or both. Of the 3,693 people who responded to the survey 57% have both. Thirty-eight percent of IC patients responding have not had a Lyme diagnosis and five percent have Lyme but no IC diagnosis.
