T.C. Hale T.C. Hale (aka Tony Hale) began his career in stand-up comedy. He never envisioned that he would one day teach the world how to sleep, poop, and even lose weight. On Valentine's Day, 2004, Tony lost his voice and it didn’t come back. After twenty-three doctors couldn't figure out the problem, Tony decided it was time to dig for his own answers. Eight years later, not only did Tony figure out his own issues, he also happened upon hidden information about how to improve countless other health problems. Beyond working with many celebrity clients, Tony is on the executive board of The Coalition For Health Education and teaches monthly webinars about nutrition to doctors, nutritionists and other health care professionals from more than thirty-five countries. You can also find Tony producing documentaries like Why Am I So Fat?, a film that teaches the truth about weight loss. His new book is: Kick Your Fat in the Nuts (www.kickitinthenuts.com).

Shirley D. Minter-Smith owner of Vegan Magic/Healthy Living Made Simple is a “lightweight” natural bodybuilder; and on November 3, 2012, after four years as an amateur, she received her Professional Bodybuilding credentials at the age of 60. Also, on December 2, 2012, she was the recipient of the “Natural Physique Association 2012 Top Pro Female Athlete of the Year,” and “2012 NPA Iron Female Athlete of the Year” awards. She says God allowed her to achieve these goals so that she can use her credentials, body physique, and background to encourage others to take care of their temples. She wants to be a walking billboard, letting people know that she was once considered obese at 5’3” and over 200 lbs now weighs 110. Shirley holds a MS degree in Public Administration from Troy State University; a MS degree in Counseling and Education from Southern Illinois University; and a BS degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
