Did you know the color of the foods you eat can relate to either health or sickness? We have seven energy centers or chakras that correspond to the various organ systems in our body. Listen to the show on 2/23/12 with Dr. Deanna Minich where she will explain the significance of each center and the corresponding color and food to eat to help heal that area.

All this talk about love and relationships can be daunting to those going through a break up of a marriage or relationship especially during this month focused on love.
